I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher and Posture Alignment Coach with a background in professional sports as an ex-tennis player.

For me Training not just physical activity - it’s a way of life that builds discipline, confidence and inner strength.

It’s a daily choice to prioritize yourself, your power and your love for your body 🩷

My approach is not about pushing limits but about understanding your body, listening to it and working with it in a way that brings energy, results and well-being - without stress or overload.
